6. Conclusion

In conclusion, we discovered in this article that lack of growth opportunities, a lack of feedback and recognition, overworked problems, and poor staff selections are the most significant challenges that south Asian banks have experienced after providing workers with training. Workers have attempted to work with enthusiasm, competence, and desire; they need to complete their responsibilities with morals. People put more effort into avoiding tension, which has a serious influence on their effectiveness at work. Turnover may be quite large if it is not prevented, and in today's business climate, if that is the case, businesses might suffer.

Workers may get a little stressed out due to their work therefore it is a must for the banks to let them go away for the weekend and spend some time at leisure recuperating. The supervisor-employee relationship will be one of mutual respect, trust, and understanding.

Employers need to provide a welcoming atmosphere for retaining and growing their workforce. The fundamental goal of every business is to see its workforce grow and develop.

  1. Agree with you..especially welcoming atmosphere is one of the main factor. If first appearance of the work place is not peacefull new comer become frustrate. So it is very important factor. Also HR should find special characteristics of the employees. All empolyees are not multitasking. Some one has special characteristics regarding different areas & should be appointed regarding that specific areas. HR should not hope everything from every employees.

    1. To create a welcoming atmosphere designed to achieve a high level of employee retention, then mentoring and diversity training and education both go a long way toward creating an environment where people feel welcome.

On the surface, this may seem like an easy task; however, a quick employee assessment on how welcoming your workplace is might tell a different story. While there is no right way to achieve this ideal environment, the best approach is to get your employees involved in creating strategies and establishing initiatives to improve workforce morale.
